No. 2365
Incoming WALL OF TEXT.
I would like to start by saying I am green as grass, all I got under my belt is basic doxing, and a limited capacity of human understanding, and critical thinking skills. I've been on and off the chans for a few years, spent most of that time on 888, fuck r3x, good community otherwise.
After briefly reading over this article, as well as the enclosed rar. I would say you have my full support.
I feel we are focusing to much on the "training" and feel that this is the logical last step, roughly.
Lets look at this plan like a pyramid.
When building a pyramid the first step is the base (no shit rite?1!)
Our pyramid's base is not training new people.
No, ironically, I feel our base literally is our base of operations.
In short we need to secure a location (singular preferable), now I'm not suggesting a '*chan war', I'm just saying we have plenty of people that are spread over many sites. For this reason lots of my 'chan time' is helping communicate between *chans. I'm fine with doing this, and know I'm not alone in my efforts. But clearly life would be easier with a single, out of the way location.
How?
Fuck if I know, its not the most important step, and can be skipped, but it seemed worth mentioning.
More importantly strengthening the base(es).
As mentioned by OP and others, make idiocy a temp. bannable offense.
I don't think we can cure cancer with BANdages, but it sure as hell helps. So make idiot-proof rules, OP more or less did this, now they just need to be edited and enforced.
While working on that make the base invisible, kill links to the site, and get our asses off radar (google).
You can do that by
A. filtering key words
B. avoid spelling out the names of targets
C. if necessary (this may seem obvious... and extreme) Don't even have a single word typed. Just open up fucking paint, photoshop, whatever type your message there and post it. That will clear us right off google, yet I doubt it will ever happen.
D. shoot any fool that mentions /i/ anywhere.
(Insert other necessary base strengthening shit here)
At this point start the long process of weeding out the weak, mainly namefags, Moralfags, counter-trolls, and lulzkillers.
Don't get rid of the ill-educated, in some cases it's not their fault. This is where we should implement training and hazing.
Yes. Hazing.
This will avoid the hand-holding we must avoid, and remove of the last of the imperfections in the gem that will be the anon. I suggest once these programs are in effect that everyone goes through them. I'm sure I will spend lots of time there myself.
After basic training, to fine tune ones skill set, boards with topics ranging from phy-ops to hacking should be suggested.
Through out each step of the program it should be reminded both directly, and indirectly that while here you have no name, no face, you are not different or better then anyone else.
You will not seek credit nor attention for your work, or the works of the group. When an OP is a success, don't mention /i/, 4chan, not even ebaums (everyone by now knows what that means) you know nothing about what happened.
As a wise man said above this post
>You as an entity do not exist, only your work does
Feel free to add anything I may have missed, constructive criticism is highly requested, as it will only shape me into a better tool for the groups needs.
