The only issue I see with this is all the cancer that is spreading around the image and the motto. A suggestion:
Vary the message a little bit. Instead of "Expect Us', write "They Are Coming", or "He Is Coming" or "We Are Coming" or "It It Coming", and see if you can somehow tie it in with, say, an appropriate quote from the Book of Revelations or from any of the Jewish Apocalyptica or, fuck, even something to do with the Mayans, as a bit of a variation. But do it gradually, over a period of time, so as to look as though a big secret is gradually being revealed in this mysterious way. Who knows, we may get some of the more batshit-insane Xians holing up somewhere, with the possibility of a repeat of Waco. Who knows?

The first step in modern disinfo operations is search engine dominance. If you search "19/5/13" in Google a bible quote comes up as the fourth result. If all of us click on the link, use proxies and link to it on other sites we can get it up the top. We also need to make sure to never click on a link to a forum thread because it's inevitable someone in the thread will reveal OA. Other sites claiming conspiracies should be bumped too.

Secondly we need 'evidence' Op513 is spreading this such as a 'leaked' email. After the 'evidence' is found we tell the gaybar that Op513 is behind this and that anyone spreading it has been 'trolled'. Given time Op513 will put up a message denying everything which brings OA back to an unknown source.

And we do the same thing every time somebody mentions that the Anons are behind this. Yahoo Answers is a pretty big source of information right? Well, we search for anything related to OA, answer them with something that sounds reasonable and doesn't involve Anonymous, then other people thumb up or vote that comment and thumb down any comments mentioning 4chan. It could work. It could also be done for any other forum where anyone mentions us.
